Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days across Pakistan. For customers in Lahore, delivery takes about 3 business days.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. If we are unable to confirm your order within 3 days, the order may be canceled. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping costs may vary based on your location and the size of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will try redelivery. Additional fees may apply for multiple attempts.
- International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. All deliveries are within Pakistan only.
Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy with the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must have at least 90% of the contents remaining.
- The product and its original packaging must be undamaged.
- Testers, samples, and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and may request photos of the damaged product for verification.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
